Registration

As with all internet web sites, the RRMC collects some information indirectly from all users visiting our web site. The information that is collected is explained below:
System Logging

  • Our web server and e-mail systems keep log files about transactions. We do analyze our web logs to calculate statistics on which pages are visited and how long visitors stay on our site.
  • We do not track individuals with this information. We are required to retain this information for the security of our website and online service. E-mail addresses of messages sent from our system are logged as well. These logs are not viewed unless necessary for security purposes.
  • Internet Addresses
  • RRMC gathers Internet Protocol Address (IP Addresses) and pages viewed as a part of the logging system within the web server. When calculating statistics on visitors and pages viewed, IP Addresses are used in broad calculations. IP Addresses are never used to personally identify users unless a security breach warrants an investigation.
  • Use of Cookies
  • RRMC may use session cookies for visitors to our site. A session cookie is a temporary file stored in the browser that is deleted when it either expires or the browser is closed. No privacy or personal information may be stored in a cookie from this site. We may store a temporary number which helps us understand traffic patterns or help us control access to restricted pages.
  • Some features the RRMC website may not function properly without session cookies being enabled. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site.
  • Email Marketing Information Collected and How it is Used
  • JN collects and maintains an opt-in submission e-mail subscription list via an online form, which we use to send e-mail messages to prospective, past or current clients to provide information regarding events and offers. Unless otherwise indicated, information is collected via a web page form.
  • Agents/Service Providers
  • We use an outside shipping company to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purpose. We use a private web designing firm to maintain and enhance our web site. When you sign up for RRMC enrollment, or a request for information from us, we will share your information as necessary for our web design company to be able to provide service to us. These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information for any other purpose.
  • Third Party Disclosure
  • Personally Identifiable Information and/or children's personally identifiable information provided to RRMC is subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders. JN does not share, sell, rent or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.

    Access to Personally Identifiable Information

    If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our services, you may correct or update your information by making the changes on your profile page, or by emailing our customer support at base@campcommo.com, or by contacting us by telephone or postal mail using the contact information listed below.
    Review or Deletion of Privacy Data/ Choice/Opt Out

    We provide you with the opportunity to ?opt-out? of having your personally identifiable information used for certain purposes, when we request this information. For example, if you purchase a product or service from us, but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
